Postage is free on all UK orders over £25 and I charge a flat rate of just £2.00 on all other orders.
I usually post by Royal Mail First Class but may use other methods for some deliveries.
Your order will be posted within one week of payment, and should arrive within ten working days. You are welcome to get in touch if you're concerned about your order at any time; I'd rather you contacted me sooner than later if you're waiting for a delivery.
Most items do arrive just a few days after they're ordered, but I can't guarantee it, and I cannot offer any faster delivery services at present. Please place your order in good time if you need it for a specific date.
Postage within Europe is just £4.50 on orders under £15, it's £10 on orders valued up to £50, and £15 on orders from £50 - £100. If you spend over £100 postage is free!
Postage to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and North America is just £5 on orders under £15, it's £10 on orders valued up to £50, and £18 on orders over £50.
The standard postage charge for delivery to the rest of the world is £18.00, but if you'd like to place an order please get in touch and I'll see if I can find a better price for you.
I dispatch orders within one week of payment, but delivery times can vary depending on where you are and what you have ordered. Some countries may hold packages upon entry and require payment of taxes before delivery.
ANY IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES OR SIMILAR CHARGES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
RETURNS or Oh Eck, It Dunt Fit
Put simply, the policy is: Get in touch and it'll be reyt.
If you return any product in good condition I'll exchange it with no questions asked, you don't need a receipt and you don't need to keep the packaging. You can send returns by post to: Yorkshire Stuff, York Eco Business Centre, Amy Johnson Way, York, YO30 4AG, or pop down to York Market on a Monday. There's no official time limit on returns, I take things case by case and I'm pretty easy going.
If there's a problem with something you bought, or you'd like a refund, please email email@example.com and I'll make it right as quickly and easily as I possibly can.
Please note that I do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances; payments must be refunded to the original payment card.
