Shipping policy

Delivery is FREE on all UK orders.

Most orders arrive within five to ten working days of payment and are posted with either Royal Mail first class (untracked) or Royal Mail tracked 48 hour. Please note that I can't guarantee delivery times and on occasion orders can take up to three weeks.

Orders are printed and dispatched on a "first come, first served" basis, so the best way to make sure you get your Yorkshire Stuff in time for a special occasion is to order early. Most items are printed to order, which means that you get a huge choice of colours and sizes, and products that I could never have the space to keep in stock. Once you place an order your item will be printed especially for you and shipped directly to your address. The printing is all done in the UK, and shipping is usually with Royal Mail. It can take up to five working days to print your order, then another five days for delivery, so a total of ten working days for your order to arrive with you. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays. If your order contains both in stock items and print to order items you'll get two separate deliveries, but you'll only pay for postage once.
