I charge a flat rate of just £2.50 on all orders.
I usually post by Royal Mail First Class but may use other methods occasionally for larger or more valuable items.
Your order should arrive within six working days of payment. You are welcome to get in touch if you're concerned about your order at any time; I'd rather you contacted me sooner than later if you're waiting for a delivery.
The main reason orders are delayed with Royal Mail are local coronavirus disruptions, bank holidays, and busy periods such as Christmas, so bear these in mind when you're ordering. Most items do arrive just a few days after they're ordered, but I can't guarantee it, and I cannot offer any faster delivery services at present. Please place your order in good time if you need it for a specific date.
I'm working towards greener packaging, where possible I'm using recyclable materials. I pack many of my products individually in clear packets to keep them clean and new. I always use cellophane for this because it is manufactured in the UK, plant based, biodegradable and compostable.
Sorry, due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic I've disabled international postage. I hope to resume worldwide delivery again in the future.
RETURNS or Oh Eck, It Dunt Fit
Put simply, the policy is: Get in touch and it'll be reyt.
If you return any product in good condition I'll exchange it with no questions asked, you don't need a receipt and you don't need to keep the packaging. You can send returns by post to: Yorkshire Stuff, 34 Rawcliffe Lane, York, YO30 5QB. There's no official time limit on returns, I take things case by case and I'm pretty easy going.
If there's a problem with something you bought, or you'd like a refund, please email email@example.com and I'll make it right as quickly and easily as I possibly can.
Please note that I do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances; payments must be refunded to the original payment card.
